It’s not every day you get to spend an hour with one of the greats of the Minneapolis music scene, and Dan Murphy did not disappoint. We talked about how he got into music, his time with Soul Asylum, Golden Smog, his new acclaimed band The Scarlet Goodbye with Jeff Arundel, and much more. It was a very insightful interview and I loved hearing about the creative process behind the band’s new record El Camino Adios.
