Allergen
Allergen is an indie rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota fronted by Shannon Maroney. They released their first full-band (which was Eve Speers on guitar, James Flanders on bass, and Anna Shenehon) EP “Honesty Hour” in May of 2020, which has been featured on radio stations such as Radio K and KFAI. Allergen Mixes crunchy riffs, emotional lyrics, and powerful vocals, and, as described by local music blog Ear Coffee, “feels like a private conversation being broadcast to the world.”
Joe Bartel:
Joe Bartel is an internationally beloved folk musician. With swift and direct lyricism and songwriting that can't be boxed neatly by genre, Joe and their band the Vandalia Cretins are one of the most handsome acts in the Twin Cities DIY scene.
Lex Noens:
Best known for their role as the frontman/founder of 4th Curtis, Lex Noens is a soothsayer taking a mutinous approach to pop songwriting. What they lack in sportsmanship they make up for with addictive melodies and brute-force unprofessionalism.
